Instructions for Abstract Submission & the Submission Form

Please read carefully before beginning the submission process

  • The abstract submission deadline is 15th September 2017
  • The Abstract Submission Form (above) should be completed and submitted by email and please send a copy to
  • Although the main theme of the conference is ‘Mental Health and Elderly Care’ we invite original research work (clinical, experimental and etc.) on any area of subject on Ayurvedic Medicine, Yoga, Meditation, Music Therapy and Integrative Medicine
  • Abstracts must be within the word count of 300 words (Title, Authors, Affiliation and Reference are not included in the word count)
  • Font: Arial Font should be used in the font size of 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Please note any attract not written according to this format would be rejected.
  • Abstracts will be selected by peer review for inclusion in the conference, either in poster form or for oral presentation.
  • The author submitting the abstract must ensure that he/she or one of the named authors will be available to attend conference if the abstract is selected for either oral or poster presentation.
  • All expenses associated with submission and presentation of the abstract including conference registration fees, are the responsibility of the presenter
  • Abstracts selected for presentation will be published in the souvenir.
